Dr. Katz has been a practicing ophthalmologist in Tucson, Arizona
for over 30 years. He specializes in cataracts and corneal problems,
in addition to performing various surgeries.
Dr. Katz graduated from the George
Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and
then completed his residency and a 2 year corneal fellowship at
the University of Florida College of Medicine.
Dr. Katz is also
a recipient of the New York State Regents Scholarship Award in
addition to the National Institute of Health, Fight for Sight Postdoctoral
Research Fellowship Award.
Dr. Katz is board certified by the
American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy
of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons
(F.A.C.S.), and a Member of the American Society of Cataract and
Refractive Surgery. |
